Supporters:- Our work could not continue at its current level without the support of a wide range of companies, community organisations, churches, schools and individuals who provide financial support and goods. Find out how you can help too.
Partners:- Stevenage Haven works in partnership with a wide range of agencies in order to provide a comprehensive service offering to our residents.
Chris Foster:- was instrumental in getting the very first Stevenage nightshelter up and running. Read Chris Foster's letter written early in 1993 during the first season of operation of the 'Winter Haven'.

SERVICES
Chris Foster House:- is the emergency hostel run by Stevenage Haven.
Service Developments:- Our trustees' key development priorities are to increase the range of move on accommodation options available to residents of Chris Foster House and to help past residents sustain their tenancies and succeed in integrating into their local communities.
A Quality Service:- Read about the results of our Supporting People Review and our residents' survey.
Service Statistics:- Examine our service statistics for 2005/6. For instance our hostel is usually full and in the last three years we have had to refuse 500 (2004); 525 (2005) and 502 (2006) referrals.

INFORMATION
Homelessness:- If you are homeless then Stevenage Borough Council may be able to help you and they make referrals to Stevenage Haven. We only accept referrals and when we have a spare bed it is allocated on a first come first served basis. If we are full there are other shelters in Hertfordshire. There are also other agencies who may be able to help.
Stevenage Haven Information:- We have a range of leaflets which can be viewed on line, downloaded and printed.  SEE 2008 ANNUAL REVIEW AND RESIDENT STORIES BOOKLET.  See November Supporters' Newsletter.
History:- Stevenage Haven started as an initiative of local Christians in Stevenage and our current hostel is named after Chris Foster the chairman of the first group of Christian volunteers who started the emergency Winter Haven in Stevenage.
